I use a slow style of yoga called hatha yoga, along with meditation, to ease my mind & body. I want to teach others to do the same!! Read about the benefits of yoga.

I'll bring the yoga and meditation!
I work with individuals or small groups, and both children and adults. Rates vary and are sliding scale as needed.
Try it out to destress and connect with yourself and others!
